About the Company

Marietta Pizza Company is a fun and funky pizza restaurant and a hometown favorite of mine. Located on the historic Marietta Square — a place with a great sense of community — MPC has a wide selection of food and drink including locally brewed beer, great pizza, and greek dressing that rivals M*llow M*shroom.

Concept

I utilized the restaurants monogram in the shape of a pizza slice to create a sleeker version of their current identity. However, the gradients and line details helps to maintain the energy and playfulness of the brand while adding a cleaner, more contemporary touch. The color palette expanded to include warm red, yellow, bright blue, and green. Illustrations were created to match the style of the main mark and to keep the vibe of the brand on web, print, and in stores.

Visual Designs

In person, guests can get pizza to-go and encounter posters or merchandise on the Marietta Square. Digitally, guests can interact with the restaurant’s social accounts to stay up-to-date on menu items and store hours. Orders can be placed on the website, where they can also find catering services, the full menu, and a list of events in the community.
